If you live and breathe hospitality, and excel in building relationships, keep reading. After a period of fantastic growth, ROUND is looking for an experienced Senior Customer Account Manager. This role is responsible for building and maintaining excellent relationships with key pub group customers, and ultimately driving growth. They are the key point of contact for our main stakeholders, and an enthusiastic representative of ROUND.

You will take ownership of our priority clients, ensuring they are maximising the ROUND platform and growing sales within their venues. It will involve regular meetings with the head office contacts of major pub groups across the UK, and their venues to present innovation and campaigns, and align our goals with theirs to forge robust and mutually beneficial partnerships.

As a senior member of the marketing team, you will naturally build strong working relationships with the wider business, particularly sales, customer support, product development, digital marketing and our Brand Partnerships. Pulling from all of these critical functions, you will be the key communicator of all new functionality developments and insight, for your accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own, nurture and support the strategy of our key accounts
  • Communicate new development, improvements and updates on time, every time, to Key Accounts to enable amplification of
  • Working with the wider marketing team you will develop and deliver content that supports our key account venues, and also their own internal communications e.g. Greene King magazine.
  • Negotiation of pricing structure as and when required – supported by Commercial team
  • Identify acquisition venues within key accounts and develop a strategy for conversion

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential to perform the role

  • Demonstrated experience in Account Management 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Tenacious and self-motivated 
  • Excellent communicator in all ways, and team player
  • Experience in a fast-moving environment
  • Organised, structured and time managed
  • Have an interest in the Food & Beverage Sector
  • Able to work alone and as part of a team

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Desirable

  • Experience working with CRM 
  • Experience in hospitality
  • Knowledge of customers, competitors and business drivers
  • Understanding of tech products
  • Target oriented

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current Driving Licence
  • Likely to be degree level educated
  • Fluent in English
