The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for all Sales Operations in their geographical area. They are the key point of contact for all their customers. This role includes both telesales and face to face calls selling the ROUND Business to all types of licensed premises. They liaise with some of the most highly regarded hospitality groups and venues in the UK.

As a member of the sales team, your role will include developing new relationships with venues and managing the day to day needs of our current client base. Your aim will be to increase the revenue for ROUND from each venue by helping them move consumers to ROUND and sell more through the ROUND App.

You will liaise with all members of the ROUND business but especially Sales and Marketing Colleagues to put together marketing plans for each customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales, revenue and new business targets within a specific territory
  • Grow and Manage all the Round business in the territory
  • Follow up leads generated via marketing and key account sales activities
  • Prospect for and find new venues in the territory  
  • Maintain a pipeline of Leads and Opportunities for your territory
  • Maintain territory records via CRM 
  • Negotiate contracts with customers
  • Work with marketing and others to develop strategies for market penetration and lead generation
  • Communicate (physical visits, emails, calls, social media) with venues to demonstrate the Round platform technology

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Desirable

  • Experience of Zoho CRM or equivalent
  • Some sales experience with track record of achieving results
  • Understanding of Food & Beverage market
  • Knowledge of customers, competitors and business drivers
  • Understanding of tech products
  • Persistence
  • Tenacity
  • Self Motivated

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current Driving Licence
  • Likely to be degree level educated
  • Fluent in English
